1) Renting : Opening from 26 march at 2 october. In summer rent by week from Saturday 0.3.00 pm to Saturday 10.00 am. Others periods, renting is possible from 2 nights of stay. Arrivals are from
03.00pm to 7.00 pm and to 09.00 pm in July and august. Departures are from 08.15 am to 10.00 am. On sunday, departutres possible until 12.00. Pitches : Open from 1st April to 30th september.
2) Booking are confirmed only after receipt of: -the booking request duly filled with occupants names and signed – the down payement stated. The booking will be confirmed in writing by sending your receipt.
(bank transfers need several days to be receipt). Rentings are allocated in order of registration. The manager reserves the right to change the rentings allocated at any moment. Bookings are made in the name
of each person. They could’nt hand it on to a third party. Changing the names of the occupants must be first agreed by the manager who could refuse the changement. If it’s agreed, the family should fill an
other form. One form by renting. Dogs and other animals are forbidden in rentings. Linen is not provided. 3) Payment of the balance For renting :. The balance must be payed 30 days before the arrival
day. A deposit of 300€ is required in 2 parts at your arrival. 250€ for the main equipement which would be returned at your depature after checking. And 50 € for cleaning and stocklist which be returned by post
in the next week. For pitches : Balance should be paied at your arrival.4) Occupation: The number and the identity of the persons
stated in the contract must be respected in the rental accomodation. The leaseholder undertakes to notify any changes on arrival or when the change occurs. Manager could refuse, in this case, leaseholder
must keep his stay on respecting contract or makes the contract failure with expulsion and without any refund. 5) No occupation: Premises should be occupied before 06.00 pm, 07.00 pm in middle season or
09.00pm in July and August. (If arrival is delayed due to exceptional circumstances reception should be notified by phone). If the leaseholder his arrival day, he must notify the management by phone on 24h
and confirm it by letter or fax on 48h. If the notification is not received, the premises will be held available for 48h after the date of arrival stated in the agreement and payment will be required in full for the hire.
In case of delayed arrival or early departure, the full amount would be required without any refund. 6) Cancellation: Anyway, account is not refund. For a cancellation made within 10 days before arrival day, the
total amount will be required. In case of no occupation within 48h after arrival day stated with no notifcation for delay, or shorter stay, the total amount will be required. 7) Campsite rules: Leaseholder must
comply with all campsite regulations without exception; Any contravention will result in the expulsion of the perpetrator without any damages or refund. 8) Services: Swimming-pools from mid April to end
September ; Bar, Restaurant, Take Away, bread selling from Mid April to end September. Entertainements during high season. Management reserves the right to change, cancel or replace services or facilities
or openning dates for reasons of safety or improvement. 9) LISIEUX Tribunal will handle complaints . 10) Taxes : any change of rate for VAT and stay tax will cause a proportional adjustement of prices.

RULES
		
1 / ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible to enter, settle and stay in the campground must be authorized by the manager or his representative. He has an obligation to ensure the
proper conduct and good order of the campground and respect of the application of these rules.The fact of staying or entering the campground constitutes
acceptance of these rules and the commitment to comply.
		
2 / POLICE FORMALITIES
Any person wishing to stay at least one night in the campground, must first submit to the manager or his representative identity documents and
complete the formalities required by police.Each person will have to justify a fixed address known as his principal residence.Minors may not under
any circumstances stay alone in the campground, even with parental permission or accompanied by adults.They will be accompanied by a mandatory legal guardian.
		
3 / INSTALLATION
The tent or caravan and associated equipment must be installed at the location indicated in accordance with directions given by the manager or his r
epresentative.The twin axle caravans are not permitted in the campground, as well as trucks. (Excluding those of the campground), and the homes more than 6m.
Anyone staying in the campground has an obligation to be insured for its equipment, caravan, tent etc.. and any equipment thereon.
		
4 / HOME OFFICE
Open from 8am to 12pm and14h to 18h until 20h in mid-season and until 21:30 in summer without interruption.Can be found at the reception desk all the
information on the services of the campground, the information on the possibilities of shopping, sports facilities, tourist attractions and various places
around that can be useful.A complaints book or a special box for receiving complaints is made available to users.Protests will be considered only if they are
signed, dated and as accurate as possible, referring to relatively recent developments.
		
5/PAYMENT OF STAY
All payments must be made to stay at the reception desk when you arrive, and after the advertised rate and the number of night will be spent at the campground. Departures must take place before 14h; past this time, an additional night will be due.
		
6 / SOUNDS AND SILENCE
Users of the campground are urged to avoid any noise that might disturb their neighbors.Alcohol consumption on ways and public places (grocery, games ...) is strictly prohibited.The sound equipment should be adjusted accordingly.
Car doors and trunk should be as unobtrusive as possible.Must be total silence between 00:00 and 07:00.
		
7 / PETS
Dogs and cats are allowed in the campground on production of vaccination. Dogs must be leashed. Dogs of category 1 and 2 (type Rottweilers, pittbull, mastiffs, Staffordshire, Dobermans) are however not allowed.
Dogs should not be left alone at the campsite, even locked in the absence of their masters who are civilly responsible. Similarly, they will have their needs outside the campsite.
		
8 / VISITORS
After being authorized by the manager or his representative, visitors may be allowed in the campground under the responsibility of the campers receive.
Day visitors are not subject to the charge and thus has no access to the campsite facilities such as swimming pools, gym etc. .. Their car will be parked in the parking lot outside.
The visitor spending at least one night at the campground, shall have been authorized by the manager or his representative, having presented proper identification upon arrival and pay the fee provided.
(Prices per person per night).The manager or his representative reserves the right to refuse any visitor whose conduct is dishonest.
		
9 / TRAFFIC AND PARKING
Within the campground, vehicles must travel at a speed limit of 10 km / h.Traffic is prohibited from 23:00 to 7:00.Access barriers from 07:30 to 23:30.No vehicles are allowed to enter or exit out of this period.
The gates closed, while the vehicle is parked in the parking lot outside.For emergencies at night, and only in case of emergency (health ...) a bell at the reception desk
is available and the following phones: 02.31.89.28.32. or 02.31.89.06.08.May circulate in the camp that vehicles belonging to campers staying.Not to impede traffic, parking is prohibited in
alleys and lanes.Only one car is allowed per site or hire the second vehicle will be parked in the parking lot outside.Parking is prohibited on other sites as his, occupied or not.
		
10 / MAINTENANCE AND APPEARANCE OF FACILITIES
Everyone is obliged to refrain from any action which might prejudice the cleanliness, hygiene and appearance of the campground, its facilities, including its health.
It is prohibited to dump waste water on the floor or gutters.The "caravaners" must empty their sewage into the facilities provided for this purpose.Household waste,
waste of any kind, and papers must be filed in the trash. With the exception of the glass may be deposited in containers provided for that purpose at the site entrance.
The laundry is strictly prohibited outside the sinks provided for this purpose.The drying of clothes is allowed until 10 am near the shelter, provided it is discreet and does not disturb the neighbors.
It should never be made from trees.Plantations and flowers must be respected. It is prohibited to the camper to drive nails into trees, cut branches, make plantations.
It is not permissible to define the location of a facility by oneself means or dig.Any damage to vegetation, fences, land or facilities of the campground will be the responsibility of its author.
The location that has been used during the stay must be maintained in the state in which the camper has found its entry into the premises.
		
11 / SAFETY
		
a / Children
The parents must accompany their children to toilets and water points, and also to the pools. Parents are responsible for their children.
		
b / Fire
Open fires (wood, coal, etc ...) are strictly prohibited. Stoves must be kept in good working condition and not be used in hazardous conditions.It's the same for barbecues,
which must be used well away from all plants and facilities and will not disturb other tenants.In case of fire, notify the management immediately. Extinguishers are used when necessary.
A first aid kit is available at the office.
		
c / Robbery
Management is responsible for objects left at the office and a general obligation to monitor the campground. Campers are responsible for its own facility and should inform the manager of
the presence of any suspicious persons.Although the guards are insured, users Campground are invited to take the usual precautions for the safeguarding of their equipment.
		
12 / GAMES
No games, violent or disturbing can be organized near the facilities.The meeting room can't be used for physical games.Children should always be supervised by their parents.
		
13 / UNOCCUPIED
It can be left unoccupied equipment on the ground, only after approval of the management and only at the specified location. A fee, whose amount is displayed in the office will be due to the caravan park.
No caravan park shall be permitted in high season.
		
14 / DISPLAY
These rules are posted at the entrance of the campsite and at reception.It is given to the customer upon request.
		
15/RULES VIOLATION
Management reserves the right to punish violations of order, and, if necessary, to expel the authors. All trips interrupted or shortened by you shall not give rise to a refund.
